Electric vehicles powered by hi-tech nano betteries are thr best bet for a cleaner air China. These batteries are in development, they charged faster and holds a charge a lot longer. Also the vehicle should be self charging like
having solar, wind and mechanical systems in it. Solar cells thanks to nanotechnology are almost paper thin and there are high efficient wind and mechanical charging systems out there. In five to ten years vehicles if produced properly will be highly efficient. In fact I am starting to work on this.
